Standard Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Northeast Ok Mfg:
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Only items that have been purchased directly from Northeast Ok Mfg’s Online Store, can be returned to Northeast Ok Mfg. Northeast Ok Mfg products purchased through other resellers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Please ensure that the item you’re returning meets the Returned Goods Policy explained below.
There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:
Digital Downloads ( CAD Drawings, Designs, etc.)
Custom Designed/Machined Parts or Hardware
To return goods, the Buyer must get approval from Northeast Ok Mfg and must obtain an authorization number (RGA #) from the Northeast Ok Mfg Sales Department. Large quantity returns, if accepted, are subject to prior approval.
Cancellations, if accepted, will be subject to a charge of at least 15% of the original purchase price.
Standard items are subject to a 30% restocking charge. Additional restocking charges may apply for special conditions such as large quantities or special requirements such as coating. In addition testing charges may also apply.
Custom machined parts are normally non-returnable.
All returned items must be in new condition and be packaged in their original box ( re-sellable)
No credit will be given for used or damaged items.
No items may be returned without an RGA # supplied by Northeast Ok Mfg.
Once we receive your item and it has passed inspection for returned items criteria, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled an item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancelation request.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancelation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
The default shipping method is Ground. In most of the United States and much of Canada, Ground deliveries arrive the same or next business day for standard ground rates. Some orders are too large or too heavy for our parcel carriers. We will ship those via motor freight, possibly over-riding your default or chosen carrier. If we are shipping your order outside of the U.S. and Canada, we will ship small parcels via UPS and larger shipments through one of our forwarders.
Once we have received your order, Northeast Ok Mfg will begin processing. If you need to change or cancel your order, please check back after order processing begins.
In-stock items are processed within 24 hours so that you can begin using your Northeast Ok Mfg products as soon as possible. Generally, orders can still be modified while they are being processed. For custom manufactured items, after we begin building your items according to your custom specifications (3-5 business days), any modifications may incur additional price changes and delay your estimated delivery time.
